As an academic, I am deeply engaged in the fields of Company Law, Corporate Insolvency Law, Business Sustainability and Legal Strategies, Legal Aspects of Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, and Business Contracts Negotiation and Management. My research aims to explore the dynamic intersection of legal frameworks and business practices. My work seeks to elucidate the complexities of corporate law, emphasizing the regulatory environments that shape corporate operations and governance structures.
